SCHEDULER

Shelford Quality Homes are a dynamic and independent building company located in Rockingham. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Scheduler to join our dynamic team. You will be experienced and proficient in:

Scheduling single and two story homes, and
multi unit developments.
Preparing estimates and quotes, creating full bill of quantities and generating purchase orders.
Raising, actioning and tracking all variations, ensuring all relevant parties are advised of the changes.
Attending to general and construction queries from Clients, Supervisors,
Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
Completing final trade summaries and analysing with tender trade summary.

You will also have excellent communications and problem solving skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to organise a busy workload.

An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the right person.

Minimum of 3 years demonstrated success selling single and two storey homes
Ability to deal with first homebuyers through to executive homes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
